Windows Live Writer 上的插件 Notify Twitter 可以让你通过 Windows Live Writer 发布 Blog 文章的时候，同时把该文章的信息同步发布到 Twitter。下载 Twitter.WriterPlugin.dll 文件保存在 C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Writer\Plugins\ 里面，即可从 Windows Live Writer 调用了。使用之前需要设置一下 Twitter ID 和密码。
