triQQr: 又一个 Windows 下的 Twitter 客户端

Windows 下的 Twitter 客户端之前介绍过一款 Twitteroo，不过这玩意儿没法运行于中文 Windows 下。昨天在 Twitter 上看见有人用了另一个 Windows 下的 Twitter 客户端 triQQr，极为小巧的一个软件，而且是绿色的，更新速度等等都很不错。唯一的麻烦就是无法正常显示中文信息，相比较之下，软件界面是德文的已经不算什么了。
