近日，Skype 发布了 Skype Web Toolbars 2.3.0.18 for IE 新版（2.1.0.25 for Firefox），其中增加了一些不错的新特性，包括：
- 突出 PayPal 商户
- 快捷保存任何图片为 Skype 头像
- 可直接建立 Phone-to-Phone 的快捷呼叫
Changes in 31.10.06 version 2.1.0.18 for IE, version 2.1.0.25 for Firefox:
- Known issue: Web toolbars do not install on Windows 2000 with service packs lower than SP3.
- Fix: Dates and other number are highlighted as phone numbers. The recognition algorithm has been improved.
- Fix: Contacts sidebar refresh issues for example when adding a new contact.
- Fix: Fax numbers are now ignored more consistently.
- Fix: Better support for web pages written in Rirght-To-Left languages.
- Feature: Phone numbers will not be highlighted if it is not possible to display call buttons correctly.
