Skype for Windows 版本最新的 4.0 测试版终于露面了。新的 4.0 版本界面上完全区别于旧版，把包含联系人列表的主界面与对话窗口界面合而为一（可能还有一些人不习惯，包括 HUNG 在内），滑动式的对话窗口可以直接把视频内容安置于对话内容上部，一目了然。并且视频的质量更好。重新设计的图标与菜单等等。而在功能、应用和性能方面也有不少改进，其中一个重要特性是支持从其他的电子邮箱服务或者客户端中导入联系人，速度和质量都不错。以下是详细的更新列表，但是目前这个版本属于早期测试版，语言包还有大量没有翻译成本地语言的，还有一些不稳定，请谨慎下载使用。

注：由于尚在测试版，HUNG 就不做 Portable 版本了，有点没意义，需要继续使用 Portable 版本的朋友，可以找出测试版 Skype.exe 唯一这个文件，替换 Skype Portable\skype 下的文件即可。
