Portable Applications for Windows 更新 09/19

最近 Portable Applications for Windows 有一些更新，包括：
- Pidgin Portable 2.1.0；
- Windows Live Writer Portable Beta 3 测试版；
- CCleaner 2.00.500，虽然没有加载 Portable 程式，但是已经做了绿化处理，直接使用即可，配置文件就在本目录下；
- FileZilla 3.0，同样的，虽然没有加载 Portable 程式，但是已经做了绿化处理，直接使用即可，配置文件就在本目录下；
- Mozilla Firefox Portable Edition 2.0.0.7，昨天刚更新的，HUNG 没有再做自定义了，简单优化了一下的纯净中文版，最新的插件包在这里下载。
