Friendster 也算是主流的社会化网络之一，虽然在欧美市场无法与 Facebook、MySpace 较量，但是最近几个月来，他们在亚洲市场的表现相当不错。前天，他们向亚洲用户开放了 Friendster Mobile 手机版本。Mobile 版本较为注重内容的发布与联系人之间的联络，你可以搜索用户的姓名或电子邮件，并保持更新，还有提醒朋友的生日。以及其他必要的通讯工具，发布内容，或者发送邮件都一应俱全。

目前，Friendster 在东南亚十分流行，特别是在印尼。
