市场研究公司 comScore 表示，社会化新闻网站 Digg 今年 8 月美国独立用户访问量达到 1740 万，远超竞争对手的总和。

8 月份 Buzz 在美国的独立用户访问量由去年同期的 660 万增至 700 万，是美国第二大社会化新闻网站；Propeller 更是由 430 万减至 80 万，排名第三；Reddit 由 35 万增至 67 万；Mixx 由 65 万增至 66 万。

由于 7 月份修改了 Digg 流量计算方法，因此 comScore 没有披露去年 8 月份 Digg 独立用户访问量。 comScore 一名代表称，"Digg 增长相当快"。

Digg 代表指出，独立用户访问量迅速增长得益于该公司最近采取的一些措施，例如整合 Facebook Connect、推出 DiggBar 和 Digg Dialoggs，以及用户发布的内容有吸引力。
